Refund Policy

Last updated: July 23, 2026

Resage is free to start, so you can try everything that matters before paying. If a Resage Plus subscription still isn't right for you, here is how refunds work. The process depends on where you purchased.

1. Purchases through the Mac App Store

If you subscribed inside the Mac App Store build of Resage, your payment is processed by Apple, and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies. We cannot issue App Store refunds ourselves.

2. Purchases through our website checkout

If you subscribed through the checkout in the direct-download version of Resage, your payment is processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle handles the transaction, your invoice, and the refund itself.

3. What we don't refund

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory rights you have under the consumer law of your country.

4. If you are in the EU or EEA

EU law gives you a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content without giving a reason. Because Resage Plus unlocks the moment you pay, checkout asks you to agree to that immediate start, which under EU law ends the statutory withdrawal right. Our own 14-day guarantee above applies anyway — so in practice you have the same 14 days either way, and you do not need to argue about which one you are relying on. Your statutory guarantee that the service conforms to what was agreed is separate, and is unaffected by any time limit in this policy. See Terms of Use, section 13.
